Aurora University (AU) seeks an experienced enrollment professional to fill the position of Dean of Undergraduate Admission. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing, the Dean will lead efforts to achieve the University’s undergraduate enrollment goals in collaboration with administration, faculty, and staff. The successful candidate will have an established record demonstrating both the art and science of college admissions, a rich professional understanding of strategic enrollment management best practices, and a high level of initiative and motivation to achieve enrollment goals.

The Dean of Undergraduate Admission will be charged with stabilizing the size of entering freshman and transfer classes and growing net tuition revenue. The Dean will also build upon a strong foundation within the department and enjoy support from senior leadership and campus partners in their efforts for developing next generation enrollment strategies.
