Ms. Kelly Daniels joined Academic Search in April 2012. As Director of Operations, she has an enterprise-wide view of the organization and is focused on big-picture projects. Ms. Daniels is responsible for working on contracts for all search engagements. As part of her other responsibilities, Ms. Daniels is responsible for maintaining continuous development of the Academic Search website and manages all confidential search-committee websites. Ms. Daniels is also a part of our in-house technical team. This includes making sure all technology operations meet our partners’ requirements, as well as supporting and maintaining all existing applications and development of new technical solutions for the team. She also assists in maintaining the American Academic Leadership Institute (AALI) website.
Ms. Daniels has a deep understanding of the search process and has partnered on several searches as an Associate Consultant. This has given her the opportunity to thoroughly understand the search process to better assist our partner institutions. She is also responsible for strategically assigning Consultants and Associate Consultants to searches awarded.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Daniels served as Director of Technology and Research Services and Technology Coordinator and Webmaster of the organization. She has extensive training in research, sourcing, networking, due diligence, and data protection. She obtained her Certificate in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants in June 2021. Kelly graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications and a minor in communication studies.
