Ms. Bailey Gent joined Academic Search as an intern in the Spring of 2018 before moving into the role of Research Associate where she focuses on research support and special projects. She graduated from Regis University in Denver, CO in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in peace & justice studies.
In her work with Academic Search, Ms. Gent has worked to develop diversity and inclusivity materials for the firm. She has previously worked internationally with nonprofits and social enterprises in Africa, Central and South America, and Southeast Asia focused on increasing access to education globally as a means to absolve poverty. Ms. Gent has also worked domestically with education organizations including Florence Crittenton, Junior Achievement, PeaceJam and The National Leadership Academy.
