Janice Miller offers nearly 30 years of experience in higher education, as both a campus professional as well as an industry consultant. Her areas of expertise in enrollment management include admissions, marketing, communications, financial aid, graduate/adult/online enrollment, and various enrollment technologies. Ms. Miller most recently served for 10 years as Vice President and Consultant, Graduate and Online Solutions at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where she collaborated with university leaders to address enrollment challenges and opportunities by implementing RNL solutions. She also served as Senior Strategic Consultant in enrollment management for SunGard Higher Education, where she worked directly with campus clients to create and implement strategic plans and enhance campus enrollment technologies.
Ms. Miller also served for six years as the Director of Graduate and Professional Enrollment Management at Loyola University Chicago, where her responsibilities covered a wide spectrum of enrollment management, including strategic recruitment planning, marketing and communications, and online content development. Prior to that position, Ms. Miller served as Associate Director of the Office of Adult and Graduate Admissions at DePaul University, where she developed and implemented the strategic enrollment plan for the university’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. She has also served as Vice President for Admissions and Records at O’More College of Design and as an Admissions Counselor in the admissions office at Austin Peay State University.
Ms. Miller holds a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and a B.S. in English from Austin Peay State University. She has also completed all Ph.D. coursework in educational leadership and policy studies from Loyola University Chicago.
