Senior Consultant and Senior Executive Coach
Before joining Academic Search, Dianne Kenney spent nearly 30 years building and leading diverse teams in higher education and non-profit institutions. She understands that an institution and its leaders are most impactful when they share common values and are aligned on mission. Her experience working with a wide range of administrative and academic leaders enables her to understand client challenges quickly and partner with them for meaningful leadership change.
Prior to focusing her efforts on consulting and coaching, Dianne served in Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Director roles at Columbia University, Carnegie Mellon University, and Dartmouth College. Early in her career, she held nonprofit leadership positions and served as counsel to nonprofit organizations.
Dianne holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School, a M.B.A. from Suffolk University, and a B.S. in Administration of Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
